MICHAEL C. PATTERSON founded MINDRAMP CONSULTING in 2009 to provide consulting services around cognitive wellness, creativity, the arts and aging and writes and speaks extensively on these topics. He ran AARP’s Staying Sharp brain health program for five years and developed numerous, innovative service projects for PBS and public television. Michael has been a long-time advocate for creative aging, has served two full terms on the NCCA Board of Directors and now is a member of the NCCA President’s Council. He also serves on the Advisory Committee for the Research Center for Arts & Culture. Michael majored in theater in college, studied classical acting in England, and has a masters in liberal studies from Georgetown. He helped found the Bear Republic Theatre and worked as an actor, director and stagehand for over a decade. Michael is a recreational musician, artist and dancer and has recently published three eBooks for MINDRAMP.
